Spectra Products Inc. Reports 4th quarter 2025 results.

Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. (SSA: TSX VENTURE) reports the release of its financial results for the year ended December 31, 2025.

Continued operational profitability in 2025 has allowed the Company to maintain its liquid assets, comprising cash and marketable securities, at over $1.4M.

Revenues for the year ended December 31, 2025 were $1,676,867 compared to $1,656,822 for the same period in 2024. Revenues for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2025 were $359,907 compared to $421,466 for the same period in 2024.

In the year ended December 31, 2025, net income before taxes of $86,959 was earned compared to net income before taxes of $214,427 for the same period in 2024. In the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025, net income before taxes of $3,051 was earned compared to net income before taxes of $73,337 for the same period in 2024.

The non-IFRS measure Net income before taxes and stock-based compensation for the year ended December 31, 2025 was $146,959, compared to $214,427 for the same period in 2024. Net income before taxes and stock-based compensation was $3,051 for the three months ended December 31, 2025 compared to $73,337 for the same period in 2024.
