SPECTRA PRODUCTS INC. REPORTS 4TH QUARTER 2025 RESULTS.

Spectra Products Inc. has released its financial results for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025.

Continued operational profitability in 2025 has allowed the company to maintain its liquid assets, comprising cash and marketable securities, at over $1.4-million.

Revenues for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, were $1,676,867 compared with $1,656,822 for the same period in 2024. Revenues for the fourth quarter ending Dec. 31, 2025, were $359,907 compared with $421,466 for the same period in 2024.

In the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, net income before taxes of $86,959 was earned compared with net income before taxes of $214,427 for the same period in 2024. In the fourth quarter ended Dec. 31, 2025, net income before taxes of $3,051 was earned compared with net income before taxes of $73,337 for the same period in 2024.

The non-IFRS (international financial reporting standards) measure net income before taxes and stock-based compensation for the year ended Dec. 31, 2025, was $146,959, compared with $214,427 for the same period in 2024. Net income before taxes and stock-based compensation was $3,051 for the three months ended Dec. 31, 2025, compared with $73,337 for the same period in 2024.
