Spectra Products Inc. Announces Signing CarGenerator Distribution Agreement

Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. (SSA: TSXV) (the "Company") announces that it has signed a non-exclusive distribution agreement with CarGenerator Inc. for its new product. The product, CarGenerator, is the world's lightest portable generator at 11 lbs. and is sleek and maintenance-free.

CarGenerator, is a compact, weatherproof system manufactured in Canada that safely turns almost any car or SUV into a quiet reliable back-up power source for the home or camping trip. CarGenerator is a safe and user-friendly product granting virtually anyone the freedom to access power from their vehicle. It produces 1000W of pure sine-wave household electricity when you connect it to your car as the vehicle idles. It is a cleaner, lighter and space-saving alternative to a traditional noisy gas generator.
