Spectra Products Inc. Provides Results from Annual Shareholder Meeting 2025

Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. (SSA: TSX VENTURE) (the "Corporation") is pleased to announce that all resolutions considered at its 2025 annual meeting (the "Meeting") of shareholders on June 19, 2025 were approved by its shareholders.

Shareholder Approved Resolutions:

fix the number of directors to be elected at the Meeting at three (3) members;

consider, and if thought appropriate, pass an ordinary resolution electing three (3) directors of the Corporation;

appoint the auditors of the Corporation and authorize the directors to fix their remuneration as such;

consider and, if thought appropriate, pass an ordinary resolution ratifying the Corporation's existing stock option plan;

transact such other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting or any adjournment(s) thereof.

These resolutions voted on at the meeting are described in more detail in Spectra Products Notice of Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders dated May 15, 2025.
