Spectra Products Inc. Announces Stock Option Grant

For Immediate Release - April 28, 2025

Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. (SSA: TSXV) (the "Company") announces that the board of directors of the Company has granted, pursuant to the Company's stock option plan, an aggregate of 220,000 options to a director of the Company. Each option entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Company at an exercise price of C$0.15 per common share, and is exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant.
