Spectra Products Inc. Announces the Appointment of a New Director

For Immediate Release - April 14, 2025

Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. (TSXV: SSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Paul Andreola as an independent director of the Company, subject to regulatory consent. Paul's appointment is effective immediately and expands the Board to four directors.

Paul Andreola has over 25 years of business development and capital markets experience, raising in excess of $200 million in startup and growth capital. Paul was the co-founder of two technology companies and helped bring many companies public. He is the CEO of NameSilo Technologies (CSE:URL) and currently serves on the board of Atlas Engineered Products (TSXV: AEP), Total Telcom (TSXV:TTZ) and Departure Bay Capital (TSXV: DBC.P). Paul also serves on the board of directors for West Coast Kids Cancer Foundation.
