Spectra Products Inc. Reports Resignation of Director

Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. (SSA: TSX VENTURE) (the "Corporation") reports the resignation of John Dynes from its Board of Directors ("the Board"), effective immediately.

Mr. Dynes has tendered his resignation from the Board as he intends to focus on his other business endeavours. Management and the Board would like to thank Mr. Dynes for the expertise and insight he has provided to the Company during his tenure and wish him all the best in the future.

Spectra Products Inc. is the Toronto-based North American designer, manufacturer and distributor of wheel and safety products for the transportation industry.
