John Dynes has resigned from Spectra Products Inc.'s board of directors, effective immediately.

Mr. Dynes has tendered his resignation from the board as he intends to focus on his other business endeavours. Management and the board would like to thank Mr. Dynes for the expertise and insight he has provided to the company during his tenure and wish him all the best in the future.
