Reports Appointment of New Director For Immediate Release - October 11, 2023 Toronto, Ontario - Spectra Products Inc. (TSXV: SSA) is pleased to announce the appointment of John Dynes as an independent director of the Company, subject to regulatory consent. John's appointment is effective immediately and expands the Board to four directors. John has two decades of experience in capital markets and consulting. John is currently the President of Stone Road Advisory and also works with Cascadia Strategy Consulting Partners and Cascadia Equity Partners. Previously, John was a Portfolio Manager at JC Clark, a Toronto-based investment management firm. John currently sits on the Board of Governors for Centennial College and the Board of Directors for Spark Centre. John is a CFA and CMT charterholder and has completed the Rotman Directors Education Program at the Institute of Corporate Directors. Andrew Malion, Chairman of the Board & President commented, "We are excited to welcome John to the Board.
