    STRIKE GRAPHITE CORP. ANNOUNCES NON-BROKERED PRIVATE PLACEMENT FOR $200,000

July 25, 2014 � Vancouver, British Columbia: Strike Graphite Corp. (the "Company") is pleased to
announce that it intends to undertake a non-brokered private placement (the "Private Placement") of
up to 3,333,333 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.06 per Unit for gross proceeds of up to $200,000.

Each Unit is comprised of one common share and one half of one common share purchase warrant
(each whole warrant, a "Warrant"). Each Warrant will entitle the holder to acquire one additional
common share of the Company at an exercise price of $0.10 per common share for a period of 24
months from the date of issuance.

The securities issued will be subject to a four-month hold period from the date of issuance.

The net proceeds of the Private Placement will be used for the evaluation of the company's properties
and for general working capital purposes.
