STRIKE GRAPHITE HOLDS ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

June 28, 2013: Vancouver, BC - Strike Graphite Corp. (TSX-V: SRK) (the "Company") announces that all resolutions table
--->d at its Annual General Meeting held on June 27, 2013 (the "Meeting") were passed.  The resolutions included:

Election of Geoff Balderson, Blair Way, David Toyoda, Robert Findlay, and Bruno Maruzzo to the Board of Directors;
Appointment of BDO Canada LLP as auditors for the ensuing fiscal year;
Ratification of the Company's stock option plan; and
Consolidation of the Company's common shares on a 10 old for 1 new share basis, or such lower ratio as the directors m
--->ay determine.  

The Company intends to proceed with the consolidation in due course.

The directors have also appointed officers and audit committee members for the year as follows:

	Blair Way - Chief Executive Officer
Geoff Balderson - President and Chief Financial Officer
	Carrie Cesarone - Secretary

	Audit Committee: Geoff Balderson, David Toyoda, and Robert Findlay
