SAVILLE ANNOUNCES PROPOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Saville Resources Inc. has arranged a non-brokered private placement for gross proceeds of up to $750,000 through the issuance of up to 15 million units of the company at five cents per unit. Each unit shall consist of: (i) one common share in the capital of the company; and (ii) one-half share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder thereof to acquire one common share at a price of 7.5 cents per share until 12 months following closing.

Finders' fees may be payable in accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. The net proceeds of the offering will be used by the company for general working capital.

The offering remains subject to approval of the exchange. All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring four months and one day from issuance in accordance with applicable securities legislation. Insiders may participate in the offering, but the extent of insider participation, if any, is unknown at this time.
