STAKEHOLDER EXTENDS CLOSING DATE FOR PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Stakeholder Gold Corp. is extending the closing date of its previously announced non-brokered private placement (Oct. 10, 2025) from Nov. 10, 2025, to Nov. 18, 2025.

All terms of the private placement remain unchanged. Proceeds from the financing will be used to advance exploration on the company's Ballarat exploration project in the White Gold district of Yukon, Canada, and to develop the company's exotic stone quartzite business in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
