SRANAN GOLD ANNOUNCES EFFECTIVE DATE OF CHANGE OF AUDITOR

Further to the previous news release dated Sept. 10, 2026, due to an administrative error, Sranan Gold Corp. has changed its auditor from DMCL LLP, chartered professional accountants, to Crowe Mackay LLP, chartered professional accountants, effective as of Sept. 15, 2026. The company's notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from DMCL and Crowe Mackay, with the effective date, has been filed on SEDAR+ in accordance with applicable securities laws.
