SRANAN GOLD ANNOUNCES SENIOR LEADERSHIP CHANGES

Sranan Gold Corp. has appointed Jonathan Yan, CPA, CA, as chief financial officer and company secretary, replacing John Alcock who has resigned as chief financial officer and director of Sranan. Mr. Alcock will continue to assist the company during the transition.

Mr. Yan brings over 13 years of experience in financial reporting, including a decade in public accounting. He specializes in management advisory services and the financial disclosure needs of public companies. In addition to his role with Sranan, Mr. Yan serves as CFO for several TSX Venture Exchange and and Canadian Securities Exchange companies.

Sranan welcomes Mr. Yan to the role and looks forward to his contributions to Sranan's continued growth and success.
