Change of business -- completed
The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's change of business, as described in its filing statement dated Aug. 11, 2026.
The company has completed a change of business from mining exploration to investment, pursuant to an investment agreement between the company and Alicanto Minerals Ltd. (now Sinclair Gold Ltd.) (Australian Securities Exchange: symbol SGC) for the acquisition of a net smelter return (NSR) royalty of up to 2 per cent on the West Australian Mt. Henry gold project.
Consideration paid at closing for 1-per-cent NSR: $5-million (Australian) ($4.8-million (Canadpian)) in cash and four million shares
The company also holds an option, exercisable at its discretion, to acquire an additional 1-per-cent NSR royalty for a further cash payment of $10.0-million (Australian) (approximately $9.7-million (Canadian)). The option must be exercised within 30 days following Sinclair's announcement of a JORC-compliant mineral resource of 2.0 million ounces (oz) for the project.

Resume trading
Further to the exchange bulletin dated April 9, 2026, trading in the securities of the resulting issuer will resume at the opening on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026.
Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2026, the trading symbol for the company will change from SRA to ARO.
