The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to two option agreements between Stria Lithium Inc. and two arm's-length parties to the issuer, in connection with the acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in two mineral properties in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay territory of Quebec, Canada.

Consideration:  year 1, $125,000 cash and 500,000 common shares; year 2 $312,500 cash, 1,875,000 common shares and $92,000 in work expenditures
