The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an acquisition agreement between Stria Lithium Inc. and an arm's-length party to the issuer, in connection with the acquisition of a 100-per-cent interest in 24 mining claims in the Eeyou Istchee James Bay territory of Quebec, Canada.

Consideration:  on or before the closing date, $25,000 cash and 100,000 common shares; within 180 days from July 3, 2023, $40,000 cash and 250,000 common shares
