ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING RESULTS

SQID Technologies Ltd. held its annual general meeting for the year ended Dec. 31, 2022, on May 31, 2023.

Shareholders voted in favour of all resolutions being:

• The re-election of Athan Lekkas, Andrew Sterling and Michael Clarke as directors;
• The reappointment of Pitcher Partners as auditor and authorizing the directors to fix its remuneration.
