The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to the arm's-length acquisition pursuant to a share sale and purchase agreement dated July 1, 2025, between the company and an arm's-length vendor, whereby the company acquired 2.5 million common shares of SPX Management Ltd., a company incorporated in Hong Kong, which, together with its subsidiaries, provides full-service sports representation, marketing and sports event management in the Republic of Korea.

In exchange for the shares, the company issued to the vendor 2.5 million common shares of the company.
