EARLY WARNING REPORT FILED

Sweet Poison Spirits Inc. chief financial officer and director Gary Arca has filed an early warning report in accordance with National Instrument 62-103 -- The Early Warning System and Related Take Over Bids and Insider Reporting Issues, in connection with the issuance of 1,395,708 shares in his favour and in favour of private companies controlled by him pursuant to a debt settlement filing with the Canadian Securities Exchange.

Mr. Arca advises that upon the issuance of the debt settlement shares, he held, on a postconsolidated basis, a total of 1,735,770 common shares of the company, representing approximately 17.6 per cent of the company's 9,846,088 issued and outstanding common shares.

Mr. Arca advises that the debt settlement shares were issued from the company's treasury in settlement of certain debts owed to him directly and indirectly, that he did not act jointly with any other party in acquiring the shares, and does not act jointly or in concert with any other person in exercising his rights over such shares.

Mr. Arca further advises that he may acquire additional securities, or dispose of some or all of his securities, from time to time in the future.
