SPROUTLY ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBERS AND CFO

Constantine Constandis and Craig Loverock have resigned from the Sproutly Canada Inc. board of directors, effective May 1, 2023. Mr. Loverock also has resigned from his position as chief financial officer of the company.
