SPOD LITHIUM CORP. APPOINTS NEW CFO MS. VERONIQUE LABERGE

Spod Lithium Corp. has appointed Veronique Laberge as the new chief financial officer of the company. Ms. Laberge will replace current CFO Hani Zabaneh, and Mr. Zabaneh will remain as a director of the company.

Ms. Laberge is a chartered professional accountant and holder of the title of auditor. With more than 18 years of experience in professional practice, she specialized in certification mandates, general accounting, and has been working as a fractional CFO for multiple public and private companies since 2018.

Chris Cooper, chief executive officer of the company, commented, "We are excited to welcome Ms. Laberge in her new role as CFO of the company and look forward to working with her moving forward."
