SILVER PREDATOR CORP. EXTENDS TERM OF WARRANTS

Silver Predator Corp. has extended the expiry date of certain share purchase warrants of the company issued in a private placement that closed on June 22, 2022.

In the placement, the company issued 5,830,891 warrants, each entitling the holder to acquire one common share of the company at a price of 16.5 cents per share until June 22, 2024. Subject to receipt of TSX Venture Exchange approval, the company will be extending the expiration date of the warrants to Dec. 31, 2025. The exercise price and other terms of the warrants remain unchanged. None of the warrants are held by insiders of the company. The most recent closing price of the company's common shares on the TSX Venture Exchange was 8.5 cents.
