SILVER PREDATOR CORP. ANNOUNCES RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Silver Predator Corp. has released the results from the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGM) held on Sept. 21, 2023, in Vancouver, B.C.

A total of 22,652,454 common shares were voted, representing 64.007 per cent of the issued and outstanding shares of the company.

Shareholders passed all resolutions set out in the Silver Predator management information circular dated Aug. 16, 2023, including the election of directors, setting the number of directors at five, the reappointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as SPD's auditor and the approval of SPD's stock option plan as required annually by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Shareholders voted in favour of the election of all five director nominees as shown in the attached table.

Following the AGM, the company's board of directors appointed Nathan Tewalt to serve as board chair, Dr. John T. Rickard as chief executive officer, Weiying (Mary) Zhu as chief financial officer and Edie Nemri as corporate secretary.
