Superior Plus virtual-only 2024 annual and special meeting of shareholders

Superior will hold its annual and special meeting of shareholders (AGM) on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 4 p.m. EDT. The AGM will be held as a virtual-only meeting, which will be conducted via live video webcast on-line. Participants are recommended to register for the virtual webcast at least 10 minutes before the AGM start time.
