SUPERIOR PLUS DECLARES FOURTH QUARTER DIVIDEND

Superior Plus Corp.'s board of directors has approved a quarterly dividend of 18 cents per common share, payable on Jan. 15, 2024, to shareholders of record at the close of business on Dec. 29, 2023. Superior's annualized cash dividend rate is currently 72 cents per share. This dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
