SOLID IMPACT INVESTMENTS CORP. ANNOUNCES $3,000,000 PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Solid Impact Investments Corp. has arranged a non-brokered private placement offering of up to 60 million common shares of the company at a price of five cents per common share for gross proceeds of up to $3-million.

The net proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital and toward any costs associated with a future qualifying transaction as such a term is defined in Policy 2.4, Capital Pool Companies, of the exchange. Finders' fees may be payable in respect of some subscriptions.

The closing of the offering is expected to occur by the end of September and is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange. All securities issued under the offering will be subject to a four-month hold period.
