SOLGOLD PLC ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Solgold PLC received notification on April 11, 2024, from Christopher Stackhouse, chief financial officer of the company, that, on April 11, 2024, he had acquired 115,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pound sterling each in the company at a price of 17.5 cents per ordinary share of 0.01 pound sterling each in the company for the total consideration of $20,125. Following this acquisition, Mr. Stackhouse holds 215,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pound sterling each in the company representing 0.01 per cent of the issued share capital of the company.
