SOLGOLD PLC ANNOUNCES DIRECTOR/PDMR SHAREHOLDING

Solgold PLC received notification on Oct. 10, 2023, from Christopher Stackhouse, chief financial officer of the company, that, on Oct. 10, 2023, he acquired 33,500 ordinary shares of 0.01 pound sterling each in the company at a price of 18.5 cents per share for the total consideration of 6,197.50. Following this acquisition, Mr. Stackhouse holds 100,000 shares representing 0 per cent of the issued share capital of the company.
