SOLGOLD PLC ANNOUNCES BLOCK LISTING APPLICATION

Solgold PLC has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for a total of 33,778,125 ordinary shares of one pence each to be admitted to the official list of the FCA and to trading on the main market of the LSE, respectively.

The shares will be allotted and issued from time to time to satisfy the exercise of options over ordinary shares, which were exchanged, in connection with the acquisition of Cornerstone Capital Resources Inc., for options granted by Cornerstone over its ordinary shares to certain of its directors, employees and consultants.

It is expected that admission will become effective on June 28, 2023. Once issued, the shares will be credited as fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing ordinary shares of the company.
