The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Saturn Oil & Gas Inc.'s new transfer agent and registrar is Odyssey Trust Company. According to the TSX, this transfer agent change applies only to the issuer's common shares. All other listed securities of the issuer remain
unaffected by this change.
