SIRIOS COMPLETES CAPITAL RAISE OF $500,000

Sirios Resources Inc. has closed a non-brokered private placement for aggregate gross proceeds of $500,000. The offering consisted of the issuance of 6.25 million units of the corporation at a price of eight cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share of the corporation that qualify as flow-through shares pursuant to Subsection 66(15) of the Income Tax Act (Canada) and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder thereof to acquire one additional common share for a period of 24 months from the closing of the offering at a price of 15 cents. The net proceeds from the sale of the common shares will be mainly used by the corporation to advance its Cheechoo gold project.

No finders' fees were paid in connection with this offering. The common shares issued pursuant to this offering are subject to a restricted hold period of four months and one day, under applicable Canadian securities laws. The offering remains subject to the final approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
