The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced on Oct. 17, 2023, and Oct. 18, 2023.

Number of shares:  800,000 common shares and 1,375,000 flow-through shares

Purchase price:  five cents per common share and eight cents per flow-through share

Number of placees:  10 placees

Total existing insider involvement:  400,000 common shares and 137,500 flow-through shares (three insiders)

The company issued a news release on Nov. 2, 2023, confirming the closing of the private placement.
