(the " Corporation ") (TSX-V: SNF) - Mr. Steve Bank, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation, reports that in accordance with regulatory requirements, Shanghai Hao Zhuo Int ernational Trading Ltd. (" Shanghai "), a company based out of Shanghai, China, has acquired 8,028,400 common shares of the Corporation from Steve Bank on April 13, 2016, which represents 19% of the outstanding common shares. Prior to the purchase, Shanghai owned no common shares of the Corporation.

The securities acquired by Shanghai are held for investment purposes. In the future, Shanghai may increase or decrease its respective ownership of securities of the Corporation from time to time depending upon the business and future market conditions.
