STAR NAVIGATION ANNOUNCES BOARD OF DIRECTORS RESIGNATION

Pawandeep Athwal has resigned from Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd.'s board of directors, effective immediately.

The company announces the resignation of Pawandeep Athwal from the board of directors for personal reasons, effective Feb. 16, 2025. Over the past almost five years, Ms. Athwal has worked to help make Star a successful company. She stepped in as a director to help the company through the challenges of the COVID pandemic and the bankruptcy process it faced in early 2020. The company extends its deepest gratitude to Ms. Athwal for her dedicated service and commitment to Star, and wishes her the best with her future endeavours.

Randy Koroll, director and chief executive officer of Star, expresses gratitude for the help that Ms. Athwal gave to the company over the years.
