STAR NAVIGATION CORPORATE UPDATE

Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd.'s Dr. Darrin Milne has resigned as a member of the board of directors, effective immediately, for personal reasons.

Mr. Milne played a key role in helping guide Star through the COVID-19 pandemic and was instrumental in having the company reinstated on the Canadian Stock Exchange during 2020. The company wants to thank Mr. Milne for his efforts as a director and wishes him much success in the future.

The company also announces that Randy Koroll has been appointed as a director to Star. Mr. Koroll brings 20 years of public company experience as both a chief financial officer and director to Star.

The company also has appointed Anoop Brar as president of Star Navigation Systems Inc., the company's aviation subsidiary. Mr. Koroll has been appointed the new interim chief executive officer of Star Navigation Systems Group, effective immediately.

Mr. Koroll has served as Star's chief financial officer for the past 15 years.
