STAR NAVIGATION ANNOUNCES WARRANT EXTENSION

Subject to Canadian Securities Exchange approval, Star Navigation Systems Group Ltd. is extending the terms of the following share purchase warrants.

1. A total of 102,328,572 share purchase warrants issued pursuant to a private placement announced on Oct. 11, 2023, exercisable at five cents per share purchase warrant and expiring on Oct. 11, 2023, will now be extended and expire on Oct. 11, 2027, and be exercisable at five cents per share purchase warrant.
2. A total of 33,925,000 share purchase warrants issued pursuant to a private placement announced on Nov. 1, 2023, exercisable at five cents per share purchase warrant and expiring on Nov. 1, 2023, will now be extended and expire on Nov. 1, 2027, and be exercisable at five cents per share purchase warrant.
