Further to the exchange bulletin dated Aug. 4, 2022, news releases were issued on March 11, 2024, and Dec. 7, 2023, announcing that the company will not be proceeding with its proposed transactions.

The transactions contemplated would have constituted a qualifying transaction as defined under exchange Policy 2.4.
