The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Arias Resource Capital Fund II LP and Arias Resource Capital Fund II (Mexico) LP (Arias Mexico) have filed notices of intention to sell Sierra Metals Inc. shares. According to the TSX, Arias may sell up to 260,000 shares and Arias Mexico may sell up to 17,000 shares beginning March 15, 2024.

The TSX notes that Arias is the registered owner of 28,018,032 shares and Arias Mexico is the registered owner of 1,589,591 shares of Sierra Metals.
