The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Arias Resource Capital Fund II LP (Arias) and Arias Resource Capital Fund II (Mexico) LP (Arias Mexico) have filed a notice of intention to sell up to 400,000 shares and 25,000 shares of Sierra Metals Inc., respectively. According to the TSX, Arias is the registered owner of 28,159,977 Sierra Metals shares and Arias Mexico is the registered owner of 1,597,946 Sierra Metals shares. The earliest sale date is Feb. 16, 2024.
