The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Arias Resource Capital II LP (Arias) and Arias Resource Capital Fund II (Mexico) LP (Arias Mexico) have filed a notice of intention to sell Sierra Metals Inc. shares. According to the TSX, Arias currently holds 28,654,893 shares and Ariax Mexico holds 1,626,030 shares of the company. Arias may sell up to 900,000 shares and Arias Mexico may sell up to 55,000 shares beginning Jan. 19, 2024.
