The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Arias Resource Capital Fund II LP and Arias Resource Capital Fund II (Mexico) LP (Arias Mexico) have filed a notice of intention to sell up to 2,281,000 common shares and up to 130,000 shares of Sierra Metals Inc., respectively. According to the TSX, Arias is the registered owner of 30,064,883 Sierra Metals shares and Arias Mexico is the registered owner of 1,1706,040 Sierra Metals shares. They may begin selling the shares on Dec. 8, 2023.
