SALTIRE CAPITAL LTD. ANNOUNCES LEADERSHIP CHANGES
Saltire Capital Ltd. has made certain leadership changes.
Effective immediately, Larry G. Swets Jr. has transitioned from his role as executive chairman to serve as the interim chief executive officer of the corporation, and Kyle Cerminara has assumed the role of executive chairman. Each of Mr. Swets and Mr. Cerminara will continue to serve as directors of Saltire. Andrew Clark and Robert Clark have ceased serving as the corporation's chief executive officer and chief investment officer, respectively, and will continue to serve as directors until the corporation's next annual meeting of shareholders or until such director resigns or a successor is elected or appointed. The search for a permanent chief executive officer is under way.
"These changes will facilitate a focus on reducing expenses, improving existing business operations and scaling back debt-funded acquisitions," said Mr. Cerminara, executive chairman of Saltire Capital.
About Saltire Capital Ltd.
Saltire is a publicly traded permanent capital vehicle that invests in strong, undervalued businesses operating in foundational sectors of the real-world economy. The corporation takes meaningful stakes in private businesses with high barriers to entry, predictable cash flows and a defined competitive advantage, providing business owners with a long-term capital partner that supports management continuity and preserves company legacy. Using a disciplined buy-and-build approach, Saltire identifies growth opportunities in fragmented industries, improves company fundamentals and scales businesses into stand-alone platforms. This structure ensures the interests of shareholders and Saltire's leaders remain aligned for the long term.
