The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Saltire Capital Ltd. holder FGAC Investors LLC has filed a notice of intent to sell up to 1,955,524 common shares of Saltire starting July 31, 2026. According to the TSX, FGAC currently holds 1,955,524 shares and 10,050,405 warrants of Saltire.
