Pursuant to a directors resolution dated April 24, 2025, effective at the close of business on June 23, 2025, the listed shares of Solis Minerals Ltd. will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange at the request of the company. The company will continue trading on the Australian Securities Exchange.
