Trading Halt Request

Solis Minerals Limited (ASX:SLM, TSXV:SLMN) ("Solis Minerals" or "the Company") requested the immediate implementation of a trading halt with respect to its securities to apply from the commencement of trading on Monday, 24 February 2025. Trading was halted on the ASX in respect of the Company's trading in CDIs and on the TSX Venture Exchange in respect of its common shares.

The trading halt has been requested pending an announcement by the Company in relation to a capital raising/private placement (the "Announcement").

The Company requests that the trading halt last until the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 26 February 2025, or earlier upon release of the Announcement by the Company.
