TRADING HALT REQUEST
Solis Minerals Ltd. had
requested the immediate implementation of a trading halt with respect to its securities to apply
from the commencement of trading on Monday, Feb. 24, 2025. Trading was halted on the
Australian Securities Exchange in respect of the company's trading in CHESS depositary interests (CDIs) and on the TSX Venture Exchange in respect
of its common shares.
The trading halt has been requested pending an announcement by the company in relation
to a capital raising/private placement.
The company requests that the trading halt last until the commencement of trading on
Wednesday, Feb. 26, 2025, or earlier upon release of the announcement by the
company.
