RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2, Solis Minerals Ltd. has released details of the resolutions and proxies received for the annual general meeting of the shareholders held on Oct. 31, 2023, in Perth, Australia.

All resolutions were passed on a poll. The voting results are provided in attached tables for shareholders.

The company owns a 100-per-cent interest or option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Borborema lithium project in northeastern Brazil, covering 26,100 hectares.
