RESULTS OF THE SPECIAL MEETING

Solis Minerals Ltd. has released details of the resolutions and proxies received for the special meeting of the shareholders held on Aug. 11, 2023, in Perth, Australia, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.2. All resolutions were passed on a poll. The voting results are shown in attached tables.

The associated tables provide matters voted upon and the results of the votes at the special meeting of the shareholders of Solis Minerals held on Aug. 11, 2023, in West Leederville, Western Australia, Australia, in accordance with Section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102, reflecting the votes in person or by proxy. Ballots were used for all items of business at the meeting.
